Message from the Universe

The Symbology of Bridge Building

Finding burning papers on a nature walk

As I was walking along a less traveled nature path today I came across burning papers. There was no one around and the papers had not been burning long. I stamped out the small flame and glowing burnt paper edges. Taking a closer look I could tell from the contents that they belonged to a student, possibly a middle school student, grades 6th through 8th.

The papers had both the student’s and teacher’s name. Should I research the surrounding schools and take this to the teacher, the fire department, or even the county forest preserve office? This boy is calling out for help, so the smoke signals say. Should I get involved and engage in his story? I am choosing to connect with this on a different level, a deeper  level, one where I  journey inward to reflect on this message from the universe. The mysticism in this story is filled with symbology and messages for challenges I am experiencing in my life at this moment. Thank you to the boy who maybe I crossed paths with in another lifetime. I will connect with you through my prayers.

Bridge building papers

Bridge Building Project – building bridges, burning bridges, crossing bridges, many different approaches to understanding the symbology. I came across an article, The Bridge as Dream Symbol: The Rainbow Bridge that tells of bridge symbology through storytelling. Ahhh, the universe speaks to me in the language that I know, storytelling and rainbows! So my dear friends, I will work with this and take steps that resonate with my heart and the rainbow bridge, and then move on.

I welcome you to share your bridge building stories and wisdom.

Nature’s Sweet Grace.

  1. I am changing “The mysticism in this story is filled with symbology and messages for challenges I am experiencing in my life at this moment.” to “The mysticism in this story is filled with symbology and messages for opportunities I am experiencing in my life at this moment.”
