Celebrate Your Life
As we roll into November, take this opportunity to celebrate your life, blessings, relationships, gifts and talents. Each day this month:
- list three blessings. Put your hand on your heart and feel their essence. Say each blessing out loud, as a soft whisper and silently within.
- ask yourself and the universe, what is my next step in living fully and authentically.
- do what you love.
- take time for stillness.
- live in the moment.
- be in nature, go for a walk outside.
- smile, laugh and be silly.
- embrace acts of kindness.
- give your self a big hug!
- live in ease, all is well.
