Celebrate Your Life


As we roll into November, take this opportunity to celebrate your life, blessings, relationships, gifts and talents. Each day this month:

  • list three blessings. Put your hand on your heart and feel their essence. Say each blessing out loud, as a soft whisper and silently within.
  • ask yourself and the universe, what is my next step in living fully and authentically.
  • do what you love.
  • take time for stillness.
  • live in the moment.
  • be in nature, go for a walk outside.
  • smile, laugh and be silly.
  • embrace acts of kindness.
  • give your self a big hug!
  • live in ease, all is well.

Is that asking too much? Share your thoughts. Let’s also acknowledge that each breath and moment is a blessing, meditation and a gift.
